How do I contact you about my booking?
You can email us at jim@dtcoffee.co.uk Please include your name and booking reference number.
Will you send me a ticket?
Yes, when you book your place we will email you a ticket which you can print out and bring along with you. If you are unable to print this the simply take a note of your Name and Booking Reference, bring it along to the class and we’ll check you off our attendee list.
How do I get a booking reference number?
You will get one automatically as part of the booking process. If you purchase online then you’ll receive a confirmation email and downloadable ticket that will include a booking reference number. If you buy over the phone or in person we’ll give you a booking reference at the end of placing your order. You’ll need your booking reference to attend a class so please keep it safe!
Where will the classes be held?
All of our classes are held here at the Dhan Tamang Coffee School at Gentian House, Moorside Road, Winchester, Hampshire, England, SO23 7RX.
What happens if a class is cancelled?
In the rare event that this would ever happen, we’ll contact you as far in advance as possible via the contact details that you gave us when you booked. You will be given the choice between booking another date or getting your money back.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel up to 7 days before the class from your ‘My Bookings’ page on our website, via email jim@dtcoffee.co.uk We will issue you a full refund which will appear in your account within 48 hours. If you cancel within the 7 day cancellation period then we will issue you a refund for half of the total cost of the class, and within 24 hours classes are non-refundable.
How can I pay for my booking?

All of our classes can be booked online, over the phone, via email or in person. We accept all major debit or credit cards and cash if you’re paying in person. We cannot accept payments made by cheque or postal order.

How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to jim@dtcoffee.co.uk and we will sort it out.
