Then when lock down is lifted the option to come to DT Coffee School & use the equipment there to put the skills into practice!
As part of the fee we will send you a bag of DT Coffee & their barista manual and notes from the training!

If you’re thinking about a career as a barista, or simply want to learn more about espresso-based coffee, then this course is for you!
This course is designed to introduce core barista skills to individuals with no previous professional experience and familiarise you with espresso machinery. Working on professional equipment, you will learn the basics of calibrating a grinder and espresso machine along with dosing, tamping and most importantly tasting. You will learn how to steam and pour milk to produce attractive, creamy Lattes, Cappuccinos and Flat Whites.
You will finish the 6hr online course able to make the full range of espresso-based drinks with confidence and efficiency.
Then it will be the online exam afterwards and I will request a demonstration of understanding and skills at an appropriate time, either via zoom or in person.
